Haha, You dont lose them, you get 2% each day for the $$ you put in and can withdraw it any time. That is the FAST way to get members+ and beyond.

Using the bank has no downside, withdrawing and depositing resets the 24 hour interest timer so you want to time when you do it to just after you collect interest but you won't ever lose money that you put in.

Yes, it's just one timer. So you want to keep your daily coins until you hit the interest button and then deposit everything you have. Realistically you won't withdraw that often so while you can try to time that too it's just a one-off thing if you want to withdraw in the middle of the timer.
