Mia's adventures consist of five chapters.
It begins with a dark and terrifying dungeon, then progresses to a mysterious cave.
Then you'll pass through a ruined apocalyptic city, a strange amusement park, and finally into the womb.

Mia's facial expression and belly size change as her condition changes. Pregnancy-esque visuals can be changed in Options.
There are several stats in the game that interact with each other and cause changes to Mia's body and facial expressions in real time.
H Scene Type Part 1 - Movie
The scene progresses like a story movie, allowing players to control the playback stages of the scene and use features such as pause and play.
H Scene Type Part 2 - Defeat Ceremony
- In this H scene, the animation affects Mia's state.
- Once the animation ends, a dice-like method will determine whether Mia can escape.
