Overview:
I am 22 years old. I have no memory of my parents as a child and no idea who or where they might be. I lived with an older woman when I was younger but even that didn't last. She passed me on to foster care and I bounced from one family to another like a pinball until an incident caused that dismal little game to crash, to an end.

Spoiler: Dev Notes

Alternate Existence is a strongly story driven Visual Novel with dialogue choices and alternate paths/girl choices for some girls.
However, some of the women are a part of the story arc so you cannot "get out" of these relationships as it would completely drive the story into a wrong direction. The female cast is extensive and it is not possible to branch each story driven character out into an in-depth character-arc or completely write them out.
The whole game hinges on the story progression of the main character and although it looks like it, it is not your normal University MC going to get all the girls story. No, the story will surprise you.
If this is not for you, Alternate Existence isn't the game for you. Complaining about it will not change anything in the story direction and relationships unfortunately.

I'm still in the midst of this one (a true statement about a lot of titles), but the renders, animations, and set ups have been good thus far. There is a larger story looming ahead (foreshadowed) of where I'm at presently and I've really slowed down my progression to enjoy the sights around me before the plot has the opportunity to sweep me into its vortex. Still, I recommend this title.

Girls are absolutely fabulous , scenes are damn good too.
It's just shame that writer decided to split choices between girls.. Like Honey and her daughter...
And most teased girl from restaurant never even got a chance at all.. And also gets split with another one later in game. Either minor visit with her or another..

Render quality varies, especially in the early stages of the game, but it ends up being pretty decent. There are lots of animations as well, some a bit clunky but in general they do their job very well. And girls are different and have different body types which is nice as well, and also different ages which can be easily identified. But -- It's just not very interesting

Mac: Unzip to a temporary folder, right-click your "AlternateExistence" app, click "Show Package Contents", go to the "Contents" folder, then the "Resources" folder. Hold the Option key, and drag the folder named "game" from where you extracted the mod to the "autorun" folder inside the app package. Finally, click Merge to complete the install.
