discussion Abandoned Games

Damn, I just discovered from this post that Midlife Crisis was (allegedly) abbandoned...shame! I also loved My Sweet Neighbour and the original The Personal Assistant (which BH sort of picked up).

I have played many abandoned games in my time but I wonder if there is a general concensous of which one is the most popular and people would love to have back?

Mine has to be Proud Father, mostly because it's awesome and Summer Camp, because I liked the variety.

Anyone else got a preference?

mine would be demon boy, i really liked the idea of a succubus entering your life and being yours. also it having free will at the same time, very appealing concept plus the animations are very nice. the mom is also very attractive.

There was a game called View of the Family. My biggest regret is about this game.
I would also like to see a continuation of the story of the twin sisters from False Hero.
Kindread promised a lot of interesting things. And Oops Daisy.

False Hero started as amazing game, I was a huge fam of the dynamic between the Melanie and her daughter, and I still go back to the 'teaching' scene when a need a...quick release (TMI, I realize). I even subscribed to it for a while.

I honestly don't believe it's abandoned. don't really trust F95 as it often adds the abandoned tag after some time has passed without updates. Also unless the dev himself says something I don't trust such claims.

i'd like to see someone pick up the game called Lexie by Xpression Games sadly the Developer passed away in 2020 before he finished the game

Lexi was awesome. That one upset me the most. I thought Hillside would be very similar and it kinda is. Very story based though.....but it is very good

Definitley Proud Father, I loved that game. There was also a similar one that was abandoned because the dev apparently died. Can't remember the name though.

And that corruption game where you make a deal with a succubus to corrupt your family to help her gain power over hell. You could
dominate or corrupt routes for sis/mom.

I hope to see more Detective Necro some day which is officially on hold rather than abandoned. Proud Father which Seath is supposed to be finishing for Westy. Gates Motel is another good shout, had a lot of potential.
