Wait the game is actually finish? I remebter this game from a really time ago, it was okey but to be sure, is worth it to play this game?

Give it a try, after all there won't be new content anyway and something was fixed in the last two bugfixes. But I'll personally wait a few more months.

I wouldn't say underrated. The game was praised for its potential and made good money. The thing that killed it for a lot of people was the removing content and popping out an incomplete product as finished after a long time without updating.

Version 1.04B Steam Hotfix was released as recently as May 3. The next day it appeared on another, well-known site. True, there is no new content there, just another bugfix of bugfixes. Is there any sense to inform moderators about the update? I don't know, for me the game lost interest a long time ago.

I don't think so. Most of the major bugs have already been fixed and what's still in the game can be fixed with the cheat menu in game.

I enjoyed it a lot, and it only really falls off at the very end. If you're still playing I would recommend doing all the side content before the main story, as there's no way to continue after it's done.

The last time I played this game was about two years. What content got removed? Was it good sex content too?

I can't remember enough to tell you, but you'd be able to experience it if you played the version prior to the complete release. That said, I wouldn't recommend bothering with that since some of it was good but a lot of it was simply WIP and more of a "what could have been" than anything with text or unfinished assets. Would still recommend trying the game out if you liked it since a good 90-95% of the content is consistent and it does have an 'ending'.

Not even remotely i'm pretty sure. At most maybe an offhand mention but I think everyone is explicitly on birth control.
