    with good art a long time between is understandable especially if its a solo dev. as long as the update isnt just like 1 scene or 5 min of play then id say 4 - 6 months isnt unreasonable.

    Lately ive been playing a lot of 3d, but both have their merits. for 2D the art is usually more consistently good, and especially for the Japanese ones quite a bit longer with a more in depth story.
