For the hypno kink, the best I can think of would be:
-HypnoChanger's stuff, especially Mind Conquest and Adventure High. Hypno-focused and harem-focused. Weirdly wholesome most of the time.
-Human Alteration App. Unfinished but great brainwashing content.
-College Daze: Follow the Lights, A Spell For All, Book of Lust. Enchanted. These all have great magic-based brainwashing, although it's a little different than pure hypnosis.
-TF Card Battle. Good hypno content and suprisingly compelling card-based gameplay (from long before all those card-based indies, too).
-The old and rather creepy Selectacorp games, especially State of the Union and Exec2Sec. Great corruption content with brainwashing routes for many characters. Pretty sexist and dark though, so fair warning.
-Another creepy forgotten classic from the flash era: Finalizer. Play as an evil alien/robot disguised as a shota. Corrupt your "family". Very wapey. Discretion is advised.

While there are a decent number of games where the player can hypnotize others, and some mention predetermined code phrases, I can't think of any that have a really fleshed out system with code phrases determined by the player. Which is a shame, since the concept is super hot.
In terms of finding more, the old hypnotics collective site is a good resource. The tfgames site also hosts some--check there under the "corruption" tag.
A few honorable mentions:

To add another porn game concept that hasn't been done justice:
-A lewd space freelancer game, where you pilot a ship around picking up short-term contracts and getting into trouble. Kinda like Firefly, or smugglers in Star Wars.
The only successful examples I can think of are Samanthasnow's Occupational Hazards and Fenoxo's Trials in Tainted Space (TiTs). There are a lot of space-themed ero games, but I can't think of many good ones where you actually pilot a ship with some amount of freeroaming. Any recommendations would be super welcome!

Robots, not old-school robots, but Blade Runner, Westworld, Humans, or Detroit: Become Human style robots. I've got a couple of ideas (premises really) for stories but no idea where to take them.
I recently watched Westworld for the first time and it got me thinking of all the missing kids in the show, they had a few, but considering the whole point of the park and what it was set up for, there had to have been brothels for a specific set of cliental somewhere. So, a brothel game, but it's not so much about training the girls as it would be about collecting intel/blackmail on the clients. The girls being robots means you could maybe need to tailor the girls' personalities for specific repeat clients to get better dirt on them. You could also sometimes show the girls POV and integrate CCTV voyeur stuff which we don't see too often.
In Blade Runner there's the guy that has all the robot toys he brought home from work, what if they weren't toys though? Not sure where to go with this one, harem obviously, but there wouldn't really need to be any rules, maybe you decide to make and bring home for your girls a talking very male miniature unicorn? Not really sure where the "story" for this is, but it'd sure be a different setting.
I've seen a couple "Amnesia" games where the MC wakes up in a hospital bed, and his mom takes him home to try and rediscover his missing memories. What if the MC was a robot, but didn't know it? It'd have to be a M. Night Shyamalan style twist at the end, but you could drop clue's throughout the game, maybe when a "memory" resurfaces it's from childhood and it never has anyone specific in it, like you "remember" a picnic at the park with you mom and sisters, but they aren't in the memory, just the place and the idea they were there, or a birthday party, the other kids are "remembered", but family were all in the kitchen or something. Why does a mom buy an anatomically correct humanoid robot and program it to think she's his mother, IDK, kinks come in all sizes, maybe the mom wants to teach her girls about sex and thought of the perfect way to satisfy everyone's needs. Again, not sure where the story goes after the twist at the end, but it'd at least be a new take on an old trope.
What if: Guy goes to buy a sexbot and they have two models, they both look the same just wearing different clothes, one is called "Daddy's little Angel" and the other is "Daddy's little Deviant". While talking to the store clerk about the differences (one is programmed to be innocent and needs to be taught how to please her daddy, the other is ready to go right out of the box). Only something goes wrong when he gets home and now he's got a bipolar nymphomaniac robot at home, hijinks ensue. Or something like that, again, no ending, but I like the premise.
Almost forgot about this one (it's kind of strange). What if in the future you could get replicants of your dead children to help cope with the loss of the child, or there's some reason people can't have kids so a robot kid can be assigned to you if you want one? (I know, just go along with it, it's not as far out as an alien that crash lands on a tropical island and turns a bunch of girl scouts into nymphets, and that game turned out awesome.) What happens to these bots when the parents finally move on? What if it takes years for the parents to accept their child is gone? Would the "children" stay the same age for years like they're Simpsons characters, or would they need to go back to the factory and get an updated model every couple of years until they age out of the program. What happens to the bots that get turned in? This is where the MC comes in, maybe it's a brothel story, maybe these girls need to be "trained" by the MC before being shipped off to cliental around the world (some could be kept and added to your harem, including different ages of the same girl). This is probably the most fleshed out story wise cause it's basically just a "Slave Maker" game with a twisted premise. Maybe instead a Slave Maker game where you sell them at the end, you just take one home occasionally when they catch your fancy and train them for your own use, each girl could have a different personality perfect for your own personal brothel.
If anyone wants to use any of these ideas to write a story or make a game, feel free, I'll never use them for anything, and it'd be neat to see what someone with more imagination and talent than I would do with them.

When I first learned that porn games existed I just assumed that a lot of these concepts I mention would be the first games to be made. But weirdly, they're not.

There's two ways this could go:

The first one being like a property manager simulator game does sound pretty interesting. Sounds like it could make good use of a morality system too. Yeah, it's pretty surprising that I can't think of any games that really match with that game play.

Well, I think the main appeal is the thrill of the unknown. Space is like a big frontier, with risks and opportunities, not to mention "exotic" girls and bois. There's adventure, peril, exploration, and the chance for profit, which makes a nice backdrop for sex. Also, space settings provide an opportunity to freely mix and match tropes from different genres (vanilla SF, westerns, pirate fiction, hard-boiled detective fiction, spy fiction, science-fantasy, cyberpunk, etc.), which keeps things from getting stale.
If aliens are present in the setting, there's also the Kirk-brand special of "which alien babe will I sleep with next?" Sometimes the best ideas are simple. (It's not essential, though: Firefly managed to be interesting and sexy without including any aliens.)
Some example scenarios:
-You run across a cute mechanic who's been having trouble with a local gang. Maybe you should lend her a hand. Would be a shame if someone sabotaged the gang's hover bikes.
-A shady character in the last port asked you to deliver a shipment of suspicious goods. You crack open a crate. It's full of VR visors. The wiring looks dodgy.
-Your deal with the local warlord went bad, and now he refuses to pay you. You decide to take his daughter as collateral.
-The guard inspects your forged papers. You feign a smile, but he sees right through you. Seems security wasn't as lax at the checkpoint as you had been informed. Now you must escape from an imperial holding cell. And maybe get back at your employers for feeding you bad intel.
-You have finagled your way into the Venusian embassy. A party is in full swing, and the ambassador's wife has been drinking heavily. Will you let her continue and risk a diplomatic incident, or take matters into your own hands? She is more beautiful than you had expected, but her husband is a powerful man.
-You are exploring the market district. A little girl bumps into you and runs off down an alley. You hastily pat your pockets. Your pistol is gone! Chase after her?
-You wake up naked on an examination table. The previous evening is a blur. A pale lady in a long white coat enters the room, followed by an armored escort. The lady is carrying a tray of surgical supplies. You spot a sharp scalpel...
-Your radar technician picks up a faint distress call. You punch in the coordinates, and come across a drifting wreck. The hull has been split in two, wracked with heavy plasma scars. Pieces of girders and fragments of plating float in the void. On what remains of the stern, there is a light still flashing. Dock with their airlock and make your way inside?
The engine room is dark and loud. You spot a girl crying in the shadows. Approach?
-The customs officer is finished checking your shipment. Everything seems to be in order, he says. As he turns to walk down the gangway, you brain him with a wrench and steal his clothes. Time to loot the customs house.
-Ambushed by three-titted Venusian raiders! Could the princess have betrayed you?
-You've finally saved up enough credits to buy a top-of-the-line sexbot. Amazing how much the price has fallen lately. Shame about all the recent disappearances, though.

-You have liberated another vessel from the unscrupulous colonel's men. You open the hold. Seems the cargo was not gold, but flesh. The amorphous mass beckons to you, extending a tendril in greeting. "My hero! Thank you for saving me!" it burbles.
-Your pet has claimed another victim. This time, she consumed the navigator. You try to scold her, but she just perches on the wall, giggles madly, then slips out into the corridor. Catch her?
-The junkyard is full of old machine parts. The caretaker sits on the chasis of an ancient tank. She is sipping acrid-smelling liquid from a prim little flask. She offers you a swig.
-The jungles on this moon are alive with strange calls. A little girl skips down the path, carrying a large sack. She gives you a jaunty wave. "I'm hunting! Look what I found!" She holds up the sack. Look inside?
You lean forward and the girl pulls the sack over your head. Seems someone found what she was looking for.
Mmmph! Mmmph! You struggle. The inside of the sack is very dark, but smells faintly of flowers. More worringly, something sinewy and strong has you pinned to the ground.
-The lake makes you uneasy. You can hear singing in the distance, and sleak forms moving far below the surface. The old hands swap rumors about this place, and a wiser captain would never have ventured here. But you have no choice. Your ship needs to take on water, and the next hubworld is several jumps away.
-The Red Port is not kind to smugglers. The pillories in the main square are filled with naked criminals, weeping in their chains and rubbing their sore red bottoms while a jeering crowd watches approvingly. You approach with a mixture of curiousity and caution. While the spectacle is inticing, the cuffmarks that linger on your ankles could give away your profession. And the local magistrate has not earned a reputation for leniency.
-The bargain is struck. You have successfully conned the magistrate out of a VR module valued at five hundred thousand credits. Your employer, the Martian despot, has promised to reward you handsomely. If you can trust her word, that is. You could always double-cross her and find another buyer, if you're willing to take that risk.
-A Saturnian with a mealy-white face has been tailing you for the past three intersections. You turn your steps towards the pleasure district. You've a better chance to lose him there, where the crowds are thickest, and the vendors most aggressive. Maybe you'll drop by the one of the cozier brothels while you're there.
-You board a crawler bound for the foreign quarter, where the embassies are quarantined from the rest of the free imperial city. A tall girl lounges in her seat, feet up against the window. She is absorbed in her headset, seemingly at ease and oblivious to your presence. You notice the faint outline of a holster in her purse. Approach her?
You step forward. But on the crawler wall, you spot the flicker of a notice tablet, probably reporting someone missing. Taking a closer look, you are surprised to see your own face. Seems you're somebody in demand. Wanted, even. Maybe it would be better to keep a low profile.
-You enter the medical center and make as if to scan your stolen pass. The duty nurse waves you through. Time to see about that operation. And maybe nick some rejuvination modules for sale on the black market while you're at it.

Incidentally, the two lewd games that I think pulled the spacefaring concept off had a somewhat different take:
Trials in Tainted Space is mainly about traveling to new worlds and fucking all the exotic aliens. It also has some quests similar to the kind of scenarios I mentioned above, and a cool system for recruiting crew members, though they don't help you in combat outside of specific missions, which is a bit of a shame. Also, the game is massive in terms of content, probably the largest text-based open-world ero RPG to date.
Occupational Hazards took a more linear, scenario-based approach, with the player as a space courier trying to deliver packages and make money while running across different erotic obstacles (smugglers, slavers, horny guards, tentacle monsters, etc.). I remember it fondly, but it's been years since I last played.

I would personally like to see something more in the style of a caravan-type game, like Sunless Sea, Caravaneer 2, or a House of Many Doors, where the exploration and merchantile aspects are central, with a healthy dose of espionage/intrigue added, and with enslavement options. Modded Rimworld (especially RJW) has some aspects of this, but is more oriented towards base building than the kind of free-roaming spacefaring adventure I have in mind.
Some hard xenophilic stuff would also be nice. There really haven't been many erotic games with truely "alien" aliens, other than Teraurge.

I can only think of a couple examples, and they're both pretty janky: Riding to Bounce City and Shady Lewd Kart. (I think a lewd Mariokart-style game is a particularly great idea, but I feel the execution could have been better in the case of Shady Lewd Kart.)

The closest I can think of would be an old Selectacorp game, Rent Control, about managing an apartment and bending its tenants to your will. But most ero games about running an apartment go more for pure voyeurism or harsh blackmail rather than just rent-related shenanigans. It's strange that rent isn't used more, since debt shows up in so many ero games as an incentive.
While not really the same thing, Freecities had some rent-based coercion stuff with recruiting slaves, and I think I've seen something vaguely similar in various "hotel manager" or "colony manager" style games, as well as in "school manager" games where the students have to pay tuition. Like, for example, Corrupted Academy had a mechanic where tuition aid/scholarships could be used to coerce poor students into sex as an option on an "evil" route.

Hey, your ideas are quite imaginative! I really like the "robotic replacement for dead children" concept, especially the player fostering ageless robots after they are no longer wanted by their owners. It has the potential for interesting pathos--kind of like Signalis, but in a more nsfw way. And there's something both endearing and awesomely eerie about robots designed to look and behave akin to children. Kind of like ghosts, in a way.
I wish more ero games would include somber themes and bittersweet nostalgia as part of the overall vibe. It's common in VNs/KNs, but not so common in games with more interactivity, outside of questlines for specific characters. I can't think of many erotic RPGs where grief is a prominent theme.
I'd definitely agree that replicants and Westworld-style robots have untapped potential!
The only ero game I can think of that has androids of the Westworld variety would be Once A Porn A Time. It was a pretty light-hearted game though, not really the same vibe as Westworld. (The premise is that the player crashlanded in an abandoned, planet-sized Disney-esque themepark where androids once played the princesses. With the help of a cheeky AI inhabiting a robotic fairy body, the player attempts to restart the park as a sex resort. Kind of an out-there concept, but the dev pulled it off pretty well in my opinion.)
The "protagonist was a robot all along!" twist is neat. Classic SF stuff there, and I certainly haven't seen it in an ero game before. Tapping into the protagonist's childhood memories is also a good idea.
This is kind of dark, but it would be interesting to see an ero game presented entirely as an old rascal's reminiscences on his deathbed. Salty stories about wild younger days, wild oats, and past "conquests", kind of like the Flashman series. I always thought that was a neat and under-used framing device.

Definitely a good genre! A few I enjoyed:
Mystwood Manor. Lewd hotel management and incest. Straightforward but done well. You can seduce both employees and guests.
Park After Dark. Manage a lewd Disney-esque themepark, magically create and then seduce princesses. Walt Disney The mysterious and totally original wizard Yensid helps out as your advisor.
Once A Porn A Time. ANOTHER game about managing a lewd Disney-esque themepark, this time in space. I've mentioned it before in this thread. No guest seduction yet, only employees.
EraBlueResort. Haven't tried this one yet, but it's supposed to be good. It's a resort management game with characters from GranBlueFantasy, as well as some other franchises. Uses the same engine as EraTW and EraTK.
There are quite a few hotel management games games I haven't got around to playing yet. Searching Steam and itchio for "hotel", "resort", or "tavern" will turn up a bunch more.
A few other odds and sods tangentially related to the hotel management genre:
The Silkfang Respite. Resort management, Pokemon-style creature collecting, and spanking. Lots of spanking.
Honey Kingdom. A management game-VN hybrid about managing a cafe with trans girl maids, sort of. Mostly super cute, but deals with some dark themes too. The setting feels very Russian, in a good way. No guest seduction yet, only employees.
Petalpelago. This one's probably not for everyone, so fair warning. A yuri VN about running a resort for women focused on urination and watersports.
Flora & Sauna. An obscure furry VN about visiting a spa resort. No management stuff per se. It's an odd but charming game, and held my interest all the way through. The dev also has a sequel and some other games I haven't tried yet.
Peach Springs Inn and Bathhouse. Resort management and spanking, with visual novel elements. A bit bland and not very challenging, but does have good atmosphere.

One thing I always wanted was a game based solely on anal sex (heterosexual ofc). It kind of been my kink for some time now. I wont mind the scenario either as long as it has some purpose.
As you said "18 YO Guy goes to College and Lucks his Way into Sleeping with Every Chick" is boring, but "18 YO Guy goes on an Anal Rampage to become the Strongest Man Alive" seems more like quest to greatness.

Nice! Yeah, I haven't seen any games quite like that with anal.
Most anal-focused games I can think of are either gay or include a heavy dose of futa (like Fenoxo's stuff). And most games where the male protagonist goes on a sex rampage are more focused on vaginal sex and pregnancy (like Wape's Incubus City).
Rockcandy, Mittsies, Creambee, Zone, and a few other developers from the golden age of Flash did make some high-quality straight anal sex games that are worth checking out, but they're mostly short and don't exactly fit the
ANAL RAMPAGE theme. For a mix of spanking and buttstuff, there's Fapfapfap's recent Teasing, Thieving Gals and its spin-off, Naughty Girls, but they're both from the perspective of female protagonists.
For extreme anal, Alienguy's games ("Prepare Uranus" and the more generically named "Kingdom of Lust") are worth a look. They're pretty extreme, though (prolapse-focused, not just gaping), and borderline NTR, since the male protagonist is very passive and most of the scenes are between the girls he manages and random brothel clients.

While not a game, connoisseurs of straight anal might enjoy NukunukuOrange's doujini: "Gutto Onedari", "SODOMY Jii Seikou Haisetsu Kanri", "Kokiimo", and especially "Tease the Fuckhole, Torment the Ass". Probably the best anal-only comics I've read. Would highly recommend. Fair warning, there's some futa stuff mixed into the anthologies; just skip past those stories if that's not your thing.
