There's no way in hell I have several decades to live. I'm 52 and in generally poor health plus heart failure and anemia for over 2 years and type 1 diabetes for about 42 years now.

Several is generally defined as 3 to 12. Nobody that is capable of interacting here has the latter end of the scale. Even 30 is way past what I have. In all honesty I could keel over any day and making it to 60 is very unlikely.
