That's all and well under the consideration that there will be someone there to monitor the package...wich would also imply that same someone could receive the package and sign it like a normal mail service. In some countries a package can only be considered delivered if there's a way to safely put it inside the residence of the adress or if there's someone willing to put trackable info in case mail theft is reported
safely is kind of a broad term. Over here I had the post deliver a note saying the package is under a plant, in an unused trashcan, or just "in the back" leaving me to go on a quest to find the thing, dont think the usa is unique in that

I find this very confusing. I don't live in the United States. Here, if the package delivery service can't find you at home, they don't leave it at your door; they take it with them and notify you that the package could not be delivered.

Then you have the option of a second delivery attempt, and if that fails, you have to pay a fee for a third attempt or pick it up at the local depot.

Basically talk about random stuff and reply to other people about random stuff, give likes if you can

For example, why the hell are USA mail services allowed to just leave stuff in front of someone's home to be stolen
Quality of service has gone to shit. I remember pre COVID and even after anything I had delivered there's be a guy knocking on your door and hand you the package. Now they just knock. Leave it at the door. And take a picture of it at your front door and email it to you...

Isn't that how it's supposed to go? Unless you ticked off the box that says "leave it at the front door/porch".

Night everyone, hope you all stay safe and get to play many games, toodaloo

Nope, you can't do that here. It's a strict rule from the delivery services here that no package can be left unattended. It has to be delivered to the customer or a resident at the address, who is asked for ID so there's a record of who received the package and their relationship/connection to the customer.

You cannot request that it be left at the door or anywhere else for that matter; it must be delivered to someone in person.

Oh for sure, even more in an apartment complex, where some companies will leave the stuff in dangerous places like the entrance to a garage, but still the main standart is that the delivery has to be inside the residence wich would solve 90% of porch pirate problems

Tried attaching a picture of my current TVs condition but I guess the file size was to big.
Kinda reminds me of when I try sending dick picks. "File size to big" giggity 😆 sorry

What if you take a print of the picture? same thing, probably less details upon zoom tho, tends to help

Bastion/Transistor
These games have awesome sound tracks! One of my favorite bits from Transistor ...
Who gets to go first? ... How about ... me?
Asshole final boss. Can't even let a lady get 1st strike! Rude!
Impossible is a fitting name, given the size of this file. Opus is amazing

What are your guys opnion on the final fantasy games?
The last one I played was X, years ago. Fun enough, but fairly linear. I liked the side characters well enough, although main character was a touch on the annoying side.

Girls were cute, too.

The earlier games often struggled with fleshing out the entire cast having more focus on the gameplay and worldbuilding. After the change to 3D some of the cast got more development but dialogues grew increasingly hammier. Feels like bit by bit it loses some of it's identity but the decline in classic style JRPG means it can still mask some of the losses

Personaly FF6 is my favorite due to it's mellow tecnomagic vibe and more somber atmosphere
