Yes. A number of the "fetishes" I have in fiction are things I would never explore outside of fantasy in real life. And some are even things that I wouldn't want to roleplay simply because of the implications.

The idea of there being consequences is a massive turn off for some of them, they're really only fit for fantasy.

Looking at the last couple of pages it appears most people keep a healthy separation between IRL and in-game, like all fantasies. I am the same , but the porn still has a mild influence on my preferences. If I'm on here looking at super degenerate stuff I'd say IRL I am moderately perverted but closeted.
