In Keepass it's quite simple. You take your old database file and use it on the new pc, after you install KeePass on the new computer.
Pluspoint if the database files directory is already used on a shared network.

Couldn't be simpler.

For browsers and browser plugins/addons there are normally import/export options.
The mentally ill even use backups of their backups of their backups in the case, that if I fuck up my newest backup, while sleepdrunken renewing a new password, I still have the possibility to safe everything.

I'll list them all here along with the user names & sites they correspond to so i can just book mark the past & find them later when needed.

correct, you can get back in if you lose your password with your email or phone number.
always use both that way you have to confirm twice.

your email can get hacked but the chance of your phone being taken over is real slim
