Eh a good comb-through beforehand mostly takes care of that. Other than that if I found a girl attractive enough to wanna eat her pussy (ie she's my sister or one of our daughters) or even drink her pee while I do so the loose hair just gets used for dental floss. Only thing annoying about it is getting them anchored in your throat that takes you hocking all day to finally get it out or wash it down. She probably won't be used for a long time. Devs who stay on P*tre0n tend to keep risky content for later in the game to reduce the chances of being caught. They tend to focus on early content when looking for violations. It's not a surefire-strat, but it usually works.
