Maybe you did do some wrong choices along the way? I know you get locked out on stuff when you did do wrong choices.....
I have played this game sooo often because of that -.-
The scene is definitly accessible in a "perfect" playthru, not only in the gallery.
If you need a guide on what to do, check the thread. There is a walkthrough posted somewere from Lasto himself.

that helen scene was already in 1.12. to my recall, 1.13 was only about the boy. there's even a folder in the game files specifically named "1.13" and it only has a handfull of content for the boy only.

doesn't really matter anymore, since the game is getting another rework.

If you use the new game+ mod, you can easily go through the old content - and you get to see it there are updates there as well

It seems like it's going to take a long time for the new version.
Unfortunately, this site is becoming increasingly irrelevant. Many people, like me, come here just for these games+, and it's getting harder and harder to find something like this here. Sometimes several weeks go by without anything new, and when it does come, it's often just boring little games. Nothing compared to games like this.
