Eff 95 is run 10000x better than this site over the last year, easily. At least that place functions, doesn't beg for money, and has working updates page let alone actually has uploaders to get new games on it. Yea they have a few power trippy mods that get in the comments section every so often, but reading those pages people deserve to have their shit comments deleted.

We do not have advantages that 95 has simply because of the content we want to have. It's easy to be good and "not beg for money" when nobody fucks with you because of their rule 7.

Not always. Most leakers do not want to pay $100 for early access if it's just going to drop tiers every 3 days or even every week (yes, some AVNs charge that much for priority alpha/beta access), they tend to wait like everyone else until it's cheaper as pirate sites are not that rich, even F95 (doing that for ~20 updates a day gets expensive fast). Hell some AVNs that get monthly updates are only leaked every 2-3 months since they have few to no leakers at all (eg Daniels K, while his Patreon crap is as you'd expect from Patreon even with ~1000 subs none of them regularly leak Cursed Affection, every so often a leaker will pay a 1-time $10 or something and get 2-3 updates at once). And of course some of that comes from fears of abandonment as no sub wants to see that happen to what they subbed to and there have been devs that have rage quit after they were warned to not leak ahead of time and they did it anyway. The rest just comes from logic like "if I paid for it then everyone else can too". Then you have the ones that just downright suck and bomb reviews everywhere but are still $20, no one wants to pay that for a steaming turd that's not even worth pirating.

Frankly I don't think that has a thing to do with it. The site just works and the staff just dont fuck with it for the sake of changing shit. ATF has significantly riskier content than this site and just works. Don't get spammed by begging messages etc.

I think this site is struggling 100% because of ownership. Straight up I don't think they know how to run a website like this, and keep putting people that are no better at it in decision making positions.

I will say you have some very good points.

Our downside here is thst we are working on some very old school software that if we updated to new stuff we would have to remake the hole site.

Think MySpace vs Facebook. They also have a much larger community and dev team due to the less perverse nature of the games.

All I'm saying is. Don't be too hard on us we are a very small team and often have to outsource. Budget its not my department but big steps have been taken to almost half it now

New admins step up and change roles, new mods or devs step in, doesnt matter. Same issues. This is 100% an ownership problem, and frankly I dont think it will ever be fixed. Hmm, no, I don't think the site you mention has way riskier content, they mostly limit themselves to censored japanese games. I think nothing comes close to western plus games, even judging by how almost all sites, payment processors or even governments bully devs of these games.

That particular site caters to a more...select group of people. Some cool people there, but for the most part...I mostly only grab mods for Fallout 4 and Skyrim there.

You aren't wrong...but my main issue is the moderators who aren't consistent with enforcing the rules...or they interpret the rules how they see fit. I stopped posting over there because of them.
