as having played the first one, it is fun for an hour or three then it gets pretty samey and not really involved. at least you get to play a drunkard with a mohawk

I've already played Dead Island 1, and Riptide, have no desire to play Dead Island 2 right now.

Haha. It's been a while but as far as I can remember, Dead Island was more about the visually appealing locations, the change in gameplay between characters and the different zombie variations. Then there's also the weapons to find and upgrade. Story wasn't very good, but I didn't care. Was playing as a hot katana wielding asian slicing zombie heads off. That was good enough for me. The second game is a huge improvement on the first imo. I noticed there's this Dead Island vs Dying Light thing going on among players. I like them both. There's nothing wrong with liking both Star Wars and Star Trek. No Star Trek fan can tell me they wouldn't fuck a Twi'lek. Anyway, yeah, HIGHLY recommend Dying Light 1 also.

That's a good point. Last I watched was probably The Orville and that was ages ago. Maybe Alien Earth will have some female xenomorphs with tits for us to fuck. There's this new humanoid elephant race in Star Wars Skeleton Crew but I have to admit it did nothing for me

When we were kids, a friend had it on his PC, we used to play it often. There was game arcade nearby in town that had a HoD on a big screen with laser guns. We actually trained hard enough to go there once a month and be thekings there.

I really liked Rimworld a lot, it's about startegy, managment the people and with the randomness you can have some laughter. Imagine 20 raging cats running at your door.
