How much time it take if active to be p4 approximately?

I mean, it could take everything from a month to multiple months.

That is almost impossible to say as the variable is your definition of "active" When I got it it took me just about a month and a half.

So It all depends on your definition of "active"

I'd have to let someone with P4 or P5 comment there, but I think some of the content rules relax a bit. Biggest benefit of P1 imo is mainly for no cooldowns on likes & posts lol
