Try to move to a place far enough from nuclear power plants only a matter of time till they go Chernobyl. Try to learn as much as i can. Try to save as much information as i can. Then try to find other people if at all possible.
This is something I always think about in the apocalypse stories. If the humans just disappear, the nuclear power plants will explode.
Well, now I am thinking this would be some curious type of world end apocalypse, not by human action, but by the lack of humans to take care of their creations (the dam of the hydroelectric power plant flooding the area, a lot of machines superheating and going on fire, maybe the animals in the zoo going away and creating a lot of invasive species...), slowly ending the world.
Now for the forum question, my first action would be to go after my pets (they aren't humans, so they would still be there, RIGHT?).
After this, well, food, water, and life goods won't be a problem, the stores would be full, and I and my pets are so little, so I would learn how to fly a plane or a ship to explore all the world while downloading some of these guides of "how to survive in the jungle or at the end of the world" for a future house.
I am pretty sure I could keep my sanity in a world without new games or videos while they live; when they die, I would go insane, maybe trying to make a time or clone machine.
PS: Probably I would die pretty quick, not by disease, but because all the machines would break too quick (
planned obsolescence).
