i dont think your pfp is allowed here

Judging by the activity on the mentioned resource, they will sink into oblivion in 2-3 months.
And to be honest, I don't care about their fate.

it's supposed to be a replacement for other game hubs that accept payment for lewd games.
bad idea if you are not employing a barrage of highly skilled lawyers

everyone forgets that in the usa jails make money off their prisoners.

The current censorship isn't legal in nature, but moral.

The regular payment processors refuse to help you sell games starring fictional incest / rape etc, all content that's perfectly legal.

I see why crypto can help solve this issue, but I wonder if the market is big enough to be profitable.

And I think most indie devs kinda need subscription based services to turn a profit due to rampant piracy (crypto payments are complicated for 90% of people, and pirating the games is so much easier). A patreon model where they get access to new material for a small fee per month is then really the only option to battle piracy, but that's hard to do with crypto, you can't charge someone automatically every month.

Still think it's a valiant effort, and I'm curious about the results of this experiment. The site looks well put together at least, judging from how short time ago this censorship troubles happened.

my message is: do not ever trust your government(s)

your view of legalities if not a professional is moot.

Imo its another cash grab out to try making some money as donations slow down. There are 2 games available, and they have made 2 dollars in the last week.

Outside of my opinion on it, there are some really sketchy things.

1. The rule for payouts being, "All withdrawal requests are processed manually by our team to ensure security and accuracy. After you submit a request from your dashboard, we review and approve it before sending your payout in cryptocurrency. Please allow some time for processing."

Manually processing payouts is completely unacceptable imo. If I were a dev, what insurances does this random site have to actually pay what I would be earning.

2. Whats to stop some random person creating accounts and selling other people games?

3. Something doesnt add up with their numbers. Both games on the site show zero sales, yet they have made 12 bucks and show 6 items sold.

I think its a good things for creators/an alternative for earning. Hope it goes well.

12$ was me testing payout function, and the sites still in testing phase, and we will probably be adding cc eventually
