The current censorship isn't legal in nature, but moral.
The regular payment processors refuse to help you sell games starring fictional incest / rape etc, all content that's perfectly legal.
I see why crypto can help solve this issue, but I wonder if the market is big enough to be profitable.
And I think most indie devs kinda need subscription based services to turn a profit due to rampant piracy (crypto payments are complicated for 90% of people, and pirating the games is so much easier). A patreon model where they get access to new material for a small fee per month is then really the only option to battle piracy, but that's hard to do with crypto, you can't charge someone automatically every month.
Still think it's a valiant effort, and I'm curious about the results of this experiment. The site looks well put together at least, judging from how short time ago this censorship troubles happened.
