Если у тебя есть U-образная подушка для шеи и ты спишь на боку, можно надеть наушники, чтобы амбушюры наушников оказались внутри U-образной подушки. Я рекомендую прижать нижнюю часть U-образной подушки к плечу и положить её плашмя на подушку.

Yeah, that's happened to me too. Awful way to wake up, finding them snapped like that. That's why I mentioned the U shaped neck pillow thing, if you set it up right you have a bit more support around your head so the pressure isn't put onto the headphones themselves. It's a bit less comfortable to sleep like that, but at least you don't have to deal with The thoughts, and that is a tradeoff I am very willing to take.

I think that's the part that a lot of people do without realizing it. Music helps distract your brain while letting you focus. I do that all the time when I work.

Why don't you just play through speakers? That's what I've always done to just listen to music at night because no way I'm able to sleep with headphones on.

I live with other people and the walls are too thin, I can't stand when something is too quiet for me to be able to understand it. If it's not loud enough for me to be able to clearly understand what's being said it drives me crazy, and that just so happens to be a volume that people in other rooms would be able to hear. Unfortunately those people like to sleep in silence, so if I have noise coming through the walls they can't sleep, so the only real answer is headphones for me.
