Nope, this is a new EU Law. France has delayed it, but it is coming to all countries in the EU at some point over the next 12 months. If sites don't comply could be fined up to 10% of what the sites make or be banned altogether

Lost my faith in steam few years ago they were talking about fighting the processors and then they get bent.
I hope GTA V gets removed so people finally wakes up and start blasting the Card Processors but until then I will just watch and enjoy the Chaos.

I mostly VPN to Japan since that is what auto pic usually picks but I sometimes end up in Neatherlands and suddenly get Capchas haha.

Lol reminds me of some slangs for "pine" -- Eg. How it's pronounced (peens)= slang for penis, or how "pining" over something= wanting/longing -- & how "flip" is a slur for Filipinos (and some others).
