What do you mean, fried chicken drumstick with garlic rice and gravy is pretty standard breakfast especially with egg.
Especially if you add egg it is immediately more or less a breakfast food haha.
Even KFC has a breakfast meal with, chicken, garlic rice, egg, gravy and a coffee here.

Sounds a lot better than my idea of breakfast which is usually 2 pieces of toast.

Peameal bacon isn't a thing in the states unfortunately.
I do like to get uncut bacon and make some big fatty slabs, but it's still normal bacon.
I was always one to have bacon with a big plate of biscuits & gravy for a hangover helper.

Peameal bacon? You must be Canadian, because that's the only place I've ever seen it. It's good though, I can't really say anything bad about it. What Americans call Canadian Bacon, is like half-hearted peameal bacon.

Not that I've ever seen. I know a couple Canadians that swear by it, though. I'd like to try it someday.
Of course, they had some thick slabs of bacon from a local butcher and like it more..
