Someone with the bank account of Musk but with the will/mindset of Jeff Epstein should make their own payment system just for lolis and other content the other platforms/payment networks don't allow, it only needs to be locally legal where it's HQ'd.

Not sure but probably. Even when they enjoy doing it doing it for free for thousands of hours is a motivation killer for most.

Kinda hard to do when you are not even in the country that wants it shut down (eg Australia, UK, Canada, NZ, France, etc). Plus when you are that rich you just pay the fine and carry on if need be and/or move to a corrupt country and just grease the necessary palms. Or simply take advantage of politics. For example for a number of years Antigua-Barbados was home to just about all the torrent and other pirate sites simply because the US gov't banned their online gambling sites in the US, so in retaliation they simply refused to enforce US copyright law in any way (sadly that feud ended a few years ago after 20+ years of safe haven for pirates there). Can't find a willing host? Then buy one, including the telecom running it if need be. Plus look how long it took the US gov't to get involved with the Jeff Epstein case, even though by that point the damage was already done with multiple state-level child sex trafficking convictions where he plead guilty over decades (at least 2005 with verifiable available records, maybe/probably before). I'd say for fictional cartoon shit it would be barely a momentary blip on their radar, if that.

/shrug. Some countries don't even have an enforced age of consent in parts of the the Middle East and never have. It's considered a private family matter, not a legal one. Granted porn also tends to be illegal there and sex out of wedlock is probably a death sentence if LE find out but even if it weren't people elsewhere can complain about cultural differences all they want, it doesn't matter. Do you see the US invading such countries for such reasons? Never, only when they threaten the flow of oil from such places or have an urge to help Israel with the fights they pick. At best the gov'ts that didn't like it would prob try to DNS block it and fail spectacularly like France recently tried to do with A T F. As far as domestic furors, in some countries there's more pressing matters than what some foreign pervert is doing, like dealing with their own day-to-day survival (plenty of such countries, over a billion don't have even clean water, solve their problem for them and locally they will not care what you do and will even protect you if necessary, Pablo Escobar is Exhibit A). I did read that Musk is doing exactly what I initially mentioned while semi pipe-dreaming: Making a censorship-free payment system that allows everything US-legal (not just lolis) as alternatives to Visa/MC. I mean coming from a guy that bought Twitter for $45B just so, among other things, he could fire the mods that banned him I don't doubt it'll happen at some point and can never be soon enough. Anyone that doesn't like that system can simply choose to not use it. It doesn't seem he cares about public opinion much anyway given his work at DOGE.
Lot of pressure options in between "do nothing" and "invasion". And I doubt it takes a high level of pressure to get a foreign government to agree to "shut down ****Card".
I think we're seeing right now (and have seen many times before) that people can muster unexpected amounts of outrage over things that don't impact their day-to-day survival.

You have to understand, this is not a "if you don't like it don't use it" issue. This is a thing that many people will be vehemently and passionately opposed to the mere existence of, on an intensely felt moral level. Not "I don't like your kink" opposition, but actual "this thing you are doing is outright wrong, you are evil for doing it, you and your enablers should be punished if not killed" opposition.
I say do it anyway and fuck the opposition. Personally after close to 20 years of openly fucking my sis I'm quite used to that widespread general attitude so I sure as hell would if I had a few billion to burn and they could call me evil all they wanted, I'd be like "Yup, and proud of it, it takes a special gift to be as evil as I am and I'm not going to waste it." That's my usual response anyway when I hear the usual disapproval of my life partner choice. I think drug dealers are worse, but hey, most of the locals in Medellin didn't care that Pablo was a murderer, all he had to do was make it rain money every so often and all was forgiven/conveniently forgotten (and why not when you make money faster than you can put rubber bands around it and hide it). Compared to that a way to support otherwise legal content and drawn/rendered art ain't shit. I'd love to see their outrage/self-induced brain aneurysms and heart attacks just from them seeing the "horrors" cooked up by the AI gods over on the P5 site (photorealistic AI lolis and even some 5-15 second movies of such doing some pretty lewd things). There hasn't been much outrage over crypto in the past 15 years or so either, despite it's reputation of being used to fund everything illegal. Instead of outlaw it most gov'ts simply shrugged and taxed it. As long as "Ped0Card" kept to the legal lanes in it's home jurisdiction it would probably be fine.
Maybe you would. I don't think it would play out the way you'd want it to, though. And I don't think the people with the actual resources to make what you want are anywhere near as singularly fixated as you are.
I wouldn't say ugly, just weird looking to me. If her ears were much bigger she'd take off like Dumbo. Also like a lot of guys stuck with the same female for years on end seeing her naked has long lost it's novelty. That goes triple for 3D models that aren't even real, and as mentioned before Sara is among the most wore-out/overused loli models there is at this point. No one that's been here or on A T F for more than a year or 2 gets that excited about seeing her naked anymore, odds are they've already done so 100+ times before. Use some newer models, like the loli from Detroit: Become Human, the loli version of Nellin from Remember Me, or other never-used video game lolis if not AI deepfakes of real child actresses if you want people to stay interested.
