I get it, I'm not one of those annoying people who just want nudity and sex. Believe me, even if her boobs weren’t shown or if there was no explicit content at all, I’d be fine with it.
My issue is really with the dialogues... it felt like this repetitive structure: she says some random, nonsensical fantasy stuff, then the MC disagrees, then she insists, and that just keeps repeating over and over again.
Of course, maybe it's just my opinion finding it boring, but that was my problem, I couldn’t get into the game or feel connected to anyone.

But, ok. That's fair, I can see that.
I guess I just saw it like the kid could be right, That her "nonsense" and over the top imaginary playing around. It is not just her making stuff up.
And that made it more interesting. And this update helped that mindset a lot.
Or it could be that she has developed some extreme cooping mechanisms, so she's gone borderline delusional.
And, the which-lady is just some other random crazy person, who happened to already be squatting in the apartment XD
It could also just be ADHD and overexcitement.
I like my first theory best, but all three works for me. ^^
Who knows? It's a story, anything could happen.
But, it's only the second update, there is still more to go., I hope the next chapter works better with you.
