Going to guess somewhere close to August 19th. It's 393 more pages than where we currently sit - so go back 393 and that is page 6183. 6183 was on June 9th, which was 35 days ago, so assuming the same amount of quitters, joiners, banned and boredom -- It will be August 19th, and @Underlord will be the first to post on that page.

Then @Slumdum will merge a couple posts to deny him the achievement only to find that a screenshot was taken of the glorious moment to head off the attack on his credibility. This will then be verified by @-Bonk- , @Guz89 and @Mr. Tearson. Slummy will then slink off in shame.
