The game has a lot of choices that lead to routes, I hope it stays that way.

A game that leaves a complex impression. I'll start with the pluses. There is a good plot, and plot, which is very important, interesting, not badly developed characters, you can see that the developer is well erudite (now it is a rarity) scenes are nicely presented, everything is harmonious, the graphics is not bad. The variety of storylines, however, this is both a plus and a minus. Playing without a mod this game is very difficult (if possible?).
Moving on to the minuses, because of which I even at one time pondered the question of whether to delete the game, or not. I'll tell you right away - I didn't delete it.
The developer considers the audience absolutely stupid, because everything is chewed up as for a complete idiot.
And the thing that really pissed me off. It's VN. The author shows a picture and that's enough! No! The author has to add a dozen sentences to the picture to describe how he sees it! I don't care how he sees it, it's enough how I see it. Besides, he and I see it pretty much the same way. That is just a ton of text that has no informational worth at all. This verbal diarrhea is infuriating.
Mutually exclusive choices and multiple storylines.Totally “opaque” choices. Some obvious, some “contrary”, some not understandable at all.
Lots of stats, which in itself is not bad... But some of it is incomprehensible, in and of itself. It's not clear what stats affect what. This problem makes it very difficult to pass the game.
All in all, judge for yourself, gentlemen, whether or not it's worth it to start this VN/game.

Is there a full NTR route? I got that one NTR scene at the start and for some reason it seemed like I couldn't romance the brother, not sure why that would have affected him, unless that one NTR choice is "Entire game NTR mode" choice

I enjoy the multi choices in this. If something isn't your cup, you don't select going down that road. My biggest issue was the looooong vacation trip. Man, that just kept going. The NPC are gorgeous, attractive, or intriguing. even if I am typically not into the type. My main complaint with NPCs is Riley going Blonde from Blue Hair. I haven't played $ yet, I look forward to some real story development. I am sure I will give my opinion when I have
