I am surprised why this game isn't in games+ section cuz there are some lolis and hebes and they can be romanced too. There is proper reason given too why grown ups and they study in school. Also the loli tag is missing

so is adjustable age tag. Guessing when AVNs are first uploaded no one as far as mods actually play them, they go by others' tag suggestions on the first day or so and this one was overlooked since then due to the long dev cycles (6 months+, he basically updates it when he needs money since it's set up to where there is no regular monthly sub I don't think). Also the separate + section only exists for the AVNs that white knights bitch and snitch about (to Cloudflare and the site's host) and this one for some reason was never reported so was never moved with tags added (maybe the snitches finally gave up?).

I tried to replace the game folder with the game folder that is already in the game but when I launch it it shows me an error or a note

lol harsh. It's not bad, but I hate sandboxes these days (for me totally breaks immersion and makes it feel more like a game and less of a story, aside from the other crap sandbox tag usually implies like timing, maps, free roams, grinding, etc). Only reason I'm still following this is because Evie is hot and I'm still looking forward to her getting creampied. And yeah could have put Evie in Parental Love II as the MC's daughter after 13 years if you knocked up the 12yo in that one (forgot her name) on the forbidden love path.

The Ui needs a lot of work imo. There's no real way to understand the story progression or what to do next unless you have a walkthrough mod.
There should also be a way to avoid characters you dont want to progress with instead of locking everything down in a ultra linear path.

To be fair, im very much comparing it to games like Fetish locator and Lust Theory which, imo, seem to be very high quality games in comparison to most.

Regardless, once you manage to follow the story of Apartment 69 ..its not to bad, in fact i like it ..its wholesome, i just dont like how im locked into romancing characters i would otherwise not normal choose. like Cha'relle & Preeti.
I think Nea is great btw, thats a well done character.

you mean accidental lolis in the public section? Not to my knowledge but I hardly ever browse that part of the site. Sadly this doesn't get updated all that often anyway (maybe 1-2x a year).

Edit: just thought of That New Teacher. It's in public but sadly after 3.5 everyone was aged up so it now sucks and the before-the-rework version is not here. I tried adding it to the thread and was threadbanned, dunno why there's site hate for that when there's far worse in +. Should just move the whole thread to + and then add the old 3.5 version to the OP since people seem to prefer that over the crappy rework anyway (almost no one asks where's the latest update leak, they ask hey can I have 3.5 in DM's).
