Seeing a temp in C is meaningless to me.

I worked in the sciences all my life, here in the States when working with chemical engineers I had to use F, when working with chemists I had to use C. It made me bi-temperature so either scale works for me. And yes mistakes occasionally get made when engineers are working with chemists. and that will get a person fired.
