I've never seen a list of rules about forbidden site linking, but I'd probably stay away from linking to competing porn sites. I'd also stay away from posting links to your own personal marketplace trying to shill stuff (if you had one). I've never had any issues with linking to anything else, from Amazon (I'd avoid affiliate links to be safe) to Wiki to ESPN.

How does the cooldown work? Two different people liked my comment in quick succession. Does that mean I only earn coins from the first one,

The cooldown affects the amount of time between your reactions -- you will find that the more you react -- the more people will react in turn when they notice you doing so. (we are nice that way) I always suggest people skip the Members plus and go straight for the P1 which removes that timer -- In the long run it will be vastly more profitable.

I'm assuming you get them from interacting with the community, but how exactly does that work? Is there a fixed rate per comment, like, post, etc.? How many things can net you coins?

Why are there three different kinds? What can you do with them? I saw that you can only see certain things if you pay for them, like threads with the + symbol in them. What's in them (and others) that make them so valuable that they're behind a paywall?

Why is there a need for there to be a paywall for parts of the site in the first place? I could understand if the owners needed real money, but you can get coins for free by doing basic things.
