Well i'll be working pretty much all summer with an early morning shift so i will probably spend some time at the beach when i'm content with my weight loss. Still got 10-15kg at minimum for now so it won't be for a while

How bad the heat is getting every year here is unironically thr second biggest reason why i started losing weight. Ain't nobody trynna suffer through 40+°C days while fat

I've been taking my time for the past 6 monthd, fuck that shit, it's time i get on the grind again and stand on business.
My goal for this summer when i started last year was to be 5-10kg lighter than i currently am, can't have that.
