Hard to say who my favourite character would be, since it depends so much on the mood of the day. Though i can say that one of the best friendly relationships in games is between Glottis and Manny Calavera in Grim Fandango.

Jason (aka you) from Far Cry 3. He was the first that popped into my mind simply because he's a random spoiled rich kid who slowly turned into a insane serial killer. Yes, he killed 'bad guys' but by the end of the game he found killing to be so enjoyable, it was his favorite thing to do. It's VERY noticeable in Far Cry 6's DLC where you play as Vaas. Jason's facial expression as he stabs Vaas is downright mental and it's such an interesting character arc from what he was before all of that happened.

So it's either him or the robot that follows you in Portal 2, maybe even the narrator from Stanley Parable. Very humoristic characters.
