You could always try to find a non ero game and add mods to it that show for both players? I know there are a few adult mods for Stardew Valley for example, and that is a game that handles multiplayer mods fairly well, in my experience.

not including mods, Kobold Kare is the only multiplayer porn game i know of, if it's your thing... personally i like it a lot, but it is very silly
