Since the question of the day was about dreams. Has anyone here ever had sleep paralysis?

once when I was like 8
I didn't know it was a thing at the time so I just kind of panicked
like "what if I'm stuck like this forever?"
at least there wasn't a demon, I just couldn't move
I tried rolling left and right for awhile and eventually that worked
probably only lasted like half a minute

I think questioning yourself just give more anxiety even more when you tend to overthink everything, I know different people different ways of thinking in my case is more that it's really hard to take the first step then the rest is easier. Thanks for take time to reply to me.

I use to have really bad social anxiety
my first job required me to talk to people and that actually helped me get rid of it
it definitely sucked but it's easy for me to talk to people now which is so much more convenient

I'd just recommend replying to subjects you feel you can add to even if you're only adding a little bit
and like you said the first step is the hardest, you've already started chatting so you got this

also I've rarely made posts on the internet
I only intended to get the coins and then dip but I found it really fun to chat here

Oh hell yeah. It can be absolutely terrifying when you get it if it's combined with a nightmare.

Sometimes I still get them, but I'm usually not nightmare-ing, or I can kind of realize I'm dreaming and hold the line until it passes

on the second floor, so obviously not real
I blinked and they were gone but it's something I think about every once in a while
I've never hallucinated before or after that except for the odd thing in the corner of the eye
