On special occasions I'll make the pasta by hand. You know, making it for the family.. trying to woo a woman, or trying to avoid paying my taxes.Are you actually "making" the pasta? I've made gnocchi and spatzle from scratch before, but tend to not have the space or patience to do it regularly. Plus, it usually makes too much in the base recipe for me.
Sometimes my lazy ass even considers putting noodles in hot water on the stove to be too much work lmao
