The Overview still says it gives access, but it also still shows that you get 2 and 3 access just not the banners, so it needs to be updated. I completely bypassed 2-3 before, but did buy 1, while avoiding Members+ because P1 gave M+. I like reacting more, it didn't take long a all, 4 took me a while, though. I was basically fairly active, then lurked via only logging in once every day or two, when I had time, just to collect interest.

I totally meant to reply to this much earlier but I forgot. Power Rangers is adapted and uses footage from Kamen Rider's sister series Super Sentai. I really recommend giving Kamen Rider a watch and you will see how different it is from how Power Rangers is treated in the US. The action, drama, and characters are much more compelling in my opinion. Some seasons I recommend for starting would be Kamen Rider Den-O, Kamen Rider Build, and Kamen Rider Geats (and if you want to see the current season Kamen Rider Gavv is currently airing and is themed after snacks)

I did a small Clover and Blaine set, with Mandy in P4. I have a Clover&Mandy set, I never got around to uploading. Probably on one of the 30 flash drives I have running around. I was or rather I am still tweaking the models, because I want to get close to style of the cartoon.
