Well, that depends on what interests you. I agree that this is not the place to talk politics, but here people talk about, almost everything, from holes they would like fill to traumas, health problems, feelings, family... It's almost like being in a very chaotic psychological session. Leaving out politics feels strange because politics, and what we believe, it's a core building bloke of our personalities, so the image we have of each other is incomplete.

While I think politics is something that affects everyone to a certain degree, I don't think is something that important on a personal level, I don't know the political views of a lot of my friends and I could not care less, there are also a lot of people who never even formed a political opinion due to having more presing matters. (And we have twitter, we can always discuss politics on twitter).

And yes, for the game's development, I wouldn't need to code if I didn't want to, but learning is the goal. The final result (whether I release it on LC or not) is secondary.

I understand this point of view, but as someone from a minority, we have a saying "If you don’t take care of politics, politics will take care of you"
My rights are put on the line in every election, and my everyday life has become a topic of debate on TV in recent years sotalking about it around me is also a way to vent.
and i can make great memes about it too.

everybody is happy until you starting being defined by your opinion about a particular topic that can be tied to politics, then you are judged as the same as the most extreme personalities of that political view. And that's why is discouraged and prohibited here, unfortunately you will have to judge people by their actions and how they treat you

As I said, politics affect everyone to a certain degree, but while every vote matters, the amount of time you have of time you have to invest in order to make a good decision is something not everyone has. It is important but there are more important things. (Good meme btw)

I did play with some models for some time (even participated in one of xonia's contest a while ago) but I don't have the time right now. And while I plan to do it again soon I can pay p5 when that time comes. (Wouldn't call myself an artist either).
