Rest well my friend.
I felt a strong desire to watch The Simpsons movie whilst avoiding the Under the Dome series, I was sort of trying to distract away, but you drew it back. ;)

Goonies as a kid, but still enjoy it as an adult. 300 as an Adult, but I would've probably also loved it as a kid. I feel like I aged, but never grew out of the things I loved. So, the adventurous, thoughtful imagination still exists, while I have a strict self-disciplined life with all of my cherished hobbies as a decompression of life's hardships.
The best of both worlds, congrats. It's no easy.
The second is a cheap copy, stay away from it, child

You're all oooold, the goonies came out before I was even a loli

Just checked, it came out more than 20 years before I was born
We are not old. You are young—it's a subtle difference, but someday, maybe in 20 years, you will understand it.

Well hot diggity dog, Greybeard!

Feel like adding those moves to my lineup in
the dance competition?

Nothing beats the classics.

Oh, my god!!! This is one of my all-time favorites.

I try to watch it once a year, minimum.

Hello peeps, can I have some comfy anime recommendations? About to get my wisdom tooth pulled out tomorrow, and I'd like to be using my brain as little as possible for a few days.

try Mushi-shi, episodes are mostly independent from each other and i think it's an easy enough watch

That's good you're already getting better. Must be the bonk love. For the most part things are back to normal. Haven't really gotten much in orders to ship. We have a fair amount of orders that require special inspection. So the inspector is having to do all the paperwork for that for when the person comes in tomorrow to do the special inspection.
Yeah, the Bonki love has brought me back.
Sooo anime and podcast time? :p

Can comfy anime be a little horror and mystery?
I can recommend "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni" at least the first and second season.
From like 2006 ish. :p

It was out before I was born, as well, but not by much. My Dad did VCR2VCR and recorded everything they rented, including TV shows. So, I had a huge collection of movies to watch, usually 3 per tape.

Besides, aged movies can be dated, since they are products of their time, but a lot still hold up. Things like John Hughes movies, are still a lot of fun. Snow White came out in 1937, and Wizard of Oz in 1939. Sure there are really old films like those, It's a Wonderful Life 1946, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, and Casablanca in 1942. All incredibly old films, that are still praised and enjoyed to this day.

Oooh, I only saw the first episode or two of this but recall it being really great and having a unique art style. That could just be my old brain failing me though.

Some really old favorites of mine, The Cabinet of Dr Caligari (1920) and Nosferatu (1922)

Count Orlok scared the shit out of me as a kid. Freddie, Jason, Michael Myers, were tame; but that asshole...

As a kid.. Nightmare on Elm Street, Friday the 13th, Halloween.. those movies were fun to me. You know what movie creeped me out as a kid??

Children of the Corn. The 1984 one.. not whatever slop came after that or remakes. Don't ask me why.. but those little fuckers gave me the heebie-jeebies. :ROFLMAO:

Podcast time. Still listening to the one doing short scary stories. It's had some pretty good ones. If tomorrow is dead also I'll do anime then. Watched a whole show last Friday. Currently watching jujutsu kaisen after work.

Tosser's from the Other timeline, where the PS2 was so advanced that, it was the blu-ray player.
That's how the zombie outbreak starts!
The birds man, the birds! :p
Doesn't sound like free time then.
Hope you're at least gonna get some rest, when the weekend arives. :p
Fine lucid.... I'm putting them on my "to watch" list. :p
Soo happy you enjoyed it Lazarus!
As I've stated many times, it's one of my favorites, so to hear others enjoying it too, just makes me smile. :p

Yeah, should maybe have thought about that too. Not everyone, have so little to do as me, so they can stay here almost all day everyday. :p
But glad to hear nothing was wrong. And that you had a good time.
One of the things I didn't like about the animated series was, that Dean wasn't voiced by Jensen Ackles...
That kinda detroyed the thing for me, I mean, they got Jared Padalecki back to voice Sam... 🤔
Favorite movie?
Just a little probably unknown film called... Jurassic Park, but I guess, most people already watched that. :p
Yeah, I can see that, don't know how you would keep track of it either. 🤔

Wait... @Mr. Tearson?! How did you get in here instead of Beo?...

Just gotta do that the old ways then...
