What's the point if 'giving him hell'? That'll just make him angrier and pettier.

Just turn his life off and on again. That usually works with computers, can't imagine why it wouldn't work with people.

Hello fellow degenerates! I need help with the new asshole neighbor of my grandmother.

So my grandmother is nearly 90, ill and lives like 60 years in her house now and some new rich kid bastard bought the land next to her, where her driveway is. Now he is harassing her all the time with stuff like, that he owns the street now and except her, no other person is allowed to use it to get to her house - not even the postman... Sometimes if guest use the driveway without knowing and wanting to leave later on, hes just staying in the middle of driveway a couple of minutes like weird powerplay so ppl cant leave.
Hes a complete freak. Everywhere cameras around his house and if you step out of you house, his getting on his porch and whatches what you are doing. The last citiy he lived had several court cases against him...

Sadly she lives 500 km away from the rest of the family - at least the useful side (my mothers).

So now i was thinking of how to give him hell while not getting cought.

Get a door camera for your gran, something simple you can also control over an app for her, like a Ring camera, and let him know she has it. Once he knows the camera watches he will probably be a tad less recless if he is not completely retarded. It's also good to have that footage if need be. Also as others said, get her a lawyer and if you get footage of him harassing your gran get a restraining order so he can't step on her property.. that will make things a lot easier and usually doesn't take that long.
Other than that i don't think that petty pranks will help ... better to get him on legal grounds bc that has actual real consequences for him.

Buuuuut, and that it completely hypothetical and not a real advice of course - just silly thoughts - , if you really wanted to get to him, you'd sign him up for all sorts of trial subscriptions and shit, but careful it can't be traced to you. If you had some cash to burn order things from shitty pages like temu, but only if you can absolutely securely pay without trace, like with cash-payed gift cards and shit.
And of course never ever ever talk to anyone about that ... ever.

Depending on which locality and laws they have unless they can legally prove right of way...owner of said property probably can gate it.

There's one out there to send a "bag of dicks" - gummy candy in the shape of dicks with a note telling them to "eat a bag of dicks." Also, a version where they're plastic if you don't want them getting candy. I disagree. It seems like you're attributing the characteristics of corporate arbitration to civil cases. Any judge worth their merit would see this as an open and shut case that will likely take less than 20 minutes to reach a ruling.

Sloppy is right, your gran's neighbour is claiming to own public property and obstructing its use to other people.
Considering the advance age of your grandma his behaviour could have pretty fucked up consequences (official legal term BTW).

I Disadvice to send any sort of prank to that person, if you want to annoy him call the cops on him and start the proper procedures with legal representation.
Also I don't know where you live but recording public property with privately own security cameras without permission is illegal in plenty of places so you could get him to stuff his cameras up his arse.

I like both really, but have truly only had cats for my entire life. My family did have dogs every now and then, but they never stuck around for more than a couple years at most. I wouldn't be opposed to owning a dog, but don't have the space for one.
