Never thought about it that way. I picture it more like a group meeting of chaos enthusiasts, who also help people.

It's not a requirement, just if you want the shop goodies. A lot of people come here simply for the Games+ selection, but that's easy to get in a few hours total of socializing. So those disappear after they obtain that level. We're mostly here because we enjoy the community and shenanigans (hello, resident king of chaos here), and some of us like me have a tendency to collect fake internet coins and items because we're achievement whores.

Yeah, things can get abit confusing when trying to understand what people want to talk about. So might aswell just reply to a comment with an unrelated response that does not answer their question and adds more question to their statement.

It's really not a hard concept to grasp. Like, you wouldn't go to a friends house and NOT talk to them, right? Similar idea. Just join in the conversations as yourself, be yourself and just hangout. That's the key. There's no sense in randomly replying with unrelated BS and being low effort here, because we're all friends or at the very least friendly. And we do answer questions, though depending on the thread speed at the time it may get lost and need another reach out.
