Its really giving off an air of early MySpace to me and I can't tell if I like it of I'm have horror flashbacks. Hopefully a few days of reading will get me on track and I dont have to jump into the 4K+ pages of backreading.

I still can't understand that man. All I hear is unintelligible noises whenever he speaks. Maybe I need translator microbes from Farscape or something.

Never thought about it that way. I picture it more like a group meeting of chaos enthusiasts, who also help people.

It's not a requirement, just if you want the shop goodies. A lot of people come here simply for the Games+ selection, but that's easy to get in a few hours total of socializing. So those disappear after they obtain that level. We're mostly here because we enjoy the community and shenanigans (hello, resident king of chaos here), and some of us like me have a tendency to collect fake internet coins and items because we're achievement whores.
