It's wild to me that Candy Crush is STILL such a behemoth of making money from a mobile app. It's just not ever within my circles at all, I don't think I know a single human being who plays it let alone spends money on it!

I think it's just something that people don't talk about playing. Much like boardgames, people play them, but most people don't talk about playing them

You trying to get P5?
Eventually, I plan to yeah. Every time there's a new level I end up going for it like a crack addict because I'm an achievement whore and it's a shiny new item to go for. lol

Like masturbation lot of people play with themselves but most never say they do haha
Well just don't do it in some countries where it is illegal haha.

I tried playing it years ago, it felt unfair at level 50 I believe so I quit soon after, I usually don't play things that feel so unfair and almost impossible to win without using power ups which I consider cheating.

Any recommendation for a porn game with actual game elements?
What do you consider game elements? Technically speaking, sandbox/freeroam is a game element.

*Sips coffee* guess I have to chop my balls off and die again, huh?
If you're into that stuff, have a gander at "Moving Down". :ROFLMAO:

Boardgames are like masturbation? But those are my two favorite things... :ROFLMAO:

Understandable haha. I like puzzle games every now and then but they can get frustrating pretty quickly sometimes. Requiring energy to recharge and buying powerups and stuff JUST to play the game though... yeah I'll pass.

Monopoly sounds fun at your house. We need a few family monopoly nights

Yeah, what really bothered me was that it felt like the power ups were required, I know it doesn't have to be that way since I used to play bejeweled and similar games before.
Candy crush really was in the right place at the right time

I guess I shouldn't mention that my friend group and I get together once or twice a month and spend an entire day playing various board games haha. Though if I'm being honest there's some really really fun and creative ones out there nowadays.

Any specific ones you'd recommend? I've not played any boardgames in a while, but my gaming group does dive into other things occasionally. Checking out some newer boardgames sounds pretty fun.

ask the Forge Master
Oh, Forge Master Provide a good react version of this master piece haha

I highly recommend Dead of Winter. It's cooperative, but based on the cards people drew at the beginning of the game, there's a chance someone in the group is a traitor (though not guaranteed). Plays out very interestingly.

One of my favourites is Mysterium, it's not so much a board game per se but it can be great fun. Worth looking up to see how it plays.
I have a soft spot for the Lord of the Rings: Trilogy Edition version of Risk that exists, where you each control armies and have to win before the ring reaches Mordor.
One called Heat which is about racing cars haha, sounds simple and dumb but pretty fun; there's also a very similar one but with bike racing called Flamme Rouge.
Cyclades is focused around Greek mythology, also pretty fun.
There's a lot of them that focus on building up individual resources to get victory points and stuff too like Castles of Burgundy.

There's loads I'm forgetting too, but it's 6am and brain no worky.

It's worth checking Board Game Geek every once in a while to see what's popping off in the charts lol.

That just sounds like how mobile games are made nowadays. Add in little micro-transactions that seem like they aren't needed, but later on it sort of becomes a necessity just to play the game at a normal pace.

Oooh, this sounds fun. Like a board game version of among us. I'll definitely check that out too.

Thanks for the recommendations, I'll check them out! Haven't heard of board game geek, but also haven't played board games an awful lot either. Just the usual old-school family games occasionally.

Okay, gotta run and get this day started and work on a few art assignments. I'll catch you all later though, because as they say. If they shenan once, they will shenan-again. And I do so love my shenanigans with this community ;)

If you enjoy games that're more party focused like the Among Us ones there's a tonne available. Courtisans, Avalon, Codenames, Skull... to name a few that're more card-based than board-based.
