We know it will have issues, but we also know it will be fixable. That's better than some other games fared in the past that had comparable issues but were just not as modable.

I'm only worried that other studios seeing how some games can be fixed with mods will pay less attention to optimizing their games hoping for them to be "fixed" too. It can easily spiral out of control

Last summer, i was talking on here how it can be 40°C where i live and people were like "have you consider moving to somewhere where the weather isn't trying to kill you?" And now i learn some of those people are from places where in winter it's extremely cold. You have a point -- but it is not the extremes that kill you -- it's the damn whiplash. Last week it was minus 28 C here -- today it is going to be 10 C (Minus 20 F and 50 F)

Which MFG4 is a joke, "Here, the base game has a FPS of 20, but hey, if you turn this on youll have an FPS of 80 with the latency of 20fps"

The most recent Monster Hunter proved that they can do a game that even with DLSS you can go only to 45 fps from 20. Every time I see DLSS in the recommended specs for a game I laugh hard. How can gamers even allow this shit

Well most gamers like to be abused....I mean why do you think EA still exist with their sports and cod games.

I think part of the point is to keep you coming back -- If it just continued to accumulate once you got a million or so coins there would be no reason to stop in and yap while you collect every day

I lose about 30 minutes a day on collecting interest until my collection time gets so late I say "fuck it -- I'll wait till morning" I call this Lewdsville interest "slippage" Just the cost of doing business

you are aware there is the indie scene and smaller corporations that give more quality? stop going to mainstream media and expect quality. you have to find the gems yourself by diving into the shitty floodgates that is steam or other places that has games. Gog has some nice stuff if you like older and generally more creative stuff (from when it was a niche without any form of standard)

Indie scene is also vile full of early access forever games and somehow still need crowd funding in a sequel of a game they made.
If you can't manage your finance to create the next game you should get better at resource allocation.

That's a good point. There are plenty of great indie games

I still hold some hopes for games from Asian Studios, maybe they can change the direction of the industry
