True, I have long since given up hoping that TES 6 will be released and will be as good as Skyrim

TES 6 will be bad and will have probably some way in it to advertise you paid mods in it...
Stick to Skyrim especially hoping the Beyond Skyrim never get cancelled haha

I find it to be perplexing to be wishing someone a peaceful sleep when I am just starting my day - that damn round planet - would be so much easier for me if everyone just used one time zone

I can just imagine the chaos if that were to happen. PEople going nuts when it is 4 in the afternoon, and it is dark outside.

Skyrim is so good it is funding the mid games Bethesda keep releasing until today haha

Just milking it. I want to see what kind of mods people will bring to Elder Scrolls 6, if it ever happens.

[Underlord]

TE6 is going to be Todd Howards Last laugh, it is going to be the most badass intro cutscene anyone has ever seen from a Bethesda game, then, You wake up in the cart and the screen shows, 'Elder Scrolls V Skyrim: Super Haha Fuck You Edition Deluxe Supreme'

Which has absolutely nothing to do with me wanting everyone to use the same friggen time zone.

Brave of you to assume that they won't make the code so broken than mods wouldn't be able to even work

But the modd community with find a way to fix it, like they do to fix most of Bethesda games. While fixing the game itself.

That's quite wishful thinking imo, there are some problems in games that no amount of modding can fix, unfortunately...
New engine versions give developers new tools and they become too lazy to spare some more time fixing or optimizing the code

It's what modders did for Skyrim, fixing what the devs were too lazy to repair and improving the game widely.

Don't get me started... paid mods or even official mods support while disabling unofficial mods like recently Hogwarts Legacy did is SUCH BS. How can someone come up with this and think it's a great idea?
And they later whine about how gamers are bad because they don't buy our (shitty) games

"We wanted to make mods for this, but for some reason that only the developers may know about, all the code in the game is being hold by a certain bucket loading at the start of the game, and if we change anything, the whole game will crash"

[uncbuck]

It's controversial among historians if jus primae noctis (literally "right of the first night" in latin) really existed as in "right to take the virginity of the bride". Most of them consider it to be one of those urban legend that where create during Renaissance area and after to paint Middle Age in a bad way. Available evidence seems to point that it wasn't legal anywhere. It was probably mostly lords abusing their power to rape young women in a context were they mostly have impunity.

Thank you Sarya -- We have missed you the last few days -- The average IQ of Lewdsville drops precipitously when our cat librarian is not here dispensing with knowledge and expanding our horizons

I agree with that, but at the same time the mod community has even fixed some of these issues with Game engines, and the creation engine 2 that Bethesda is
using had a lot of help from the mod community when it was used for Fallout 76 and Starfield. I had such high hope for Starfield and the mod community. I mean it is
good, but could have been so much more.

You know Bethesda uses basically the same engine for Skyrim and F4 as they did way back for TES3: Morrowind? It's refined and improved, but a LOT of bugs that were there in Morrowind are still there in Skyrim and F4. Sure, they updated it for Starfield (again)... but so were the former iterations that were used for Skyrim anf F4.

So yeah, modders WILL fix it, again, because they had to before, and they'll be able to do so again. It's as if Bethesda is counting on it ...

Well I am off for a bit. Stay good and sleazy everyone.
Got a lot to do today. Hopefully a nap in my future today.

What world do we live in that we have to pray that modders will be able to fix the game that hasn't come out yet lol
