As you can see, there are lot's of enhancement changes, but can apply only two of them - Avatar and Username !!!

Well the permissions of ranks have been messed with so many times it's no wonder the rank description isn't accurate.

Every year it starts in January and ends at the end of December. But it seems to me that it starts in June and ends in May. So it feels like the year ends in summer, not in winter.

That would be Spring. Summer starts in late June (in the Northern Hemisphere.) That's also an odd way of thinking.
