I like the retro and vaporwave aesthetic, and the synthwave. Just too bad the 80's weren't bright colors like that..
Only if they were with that style. Mostly it was Mullets, acid wash jeans, big hair, and wood paneling...lol

remember when covering the furniture with plastic was a thing?

As I'm finally getting into my backlog, I'm realizing how many VNs I used Sancho's mod on - I just liked the way he did walkthroughs and very rarely used any of the other crap he threw in. Since he's disappeared, even with his "fixer", half my VNs are fucking up. Damn it!

Fortunately, he was always the second choice so at least some of my stuff won't be a problem. The next few months, as I catch up, are going to be rotten, though...

Love it. Very nice. And since we are talking 80's and 90's.

It's all good..at least I get to sport something red for valentines after I did it wife slapped my shoulder with oven mit and asked to see my hand, since I have no feeling we don't worry unless it looks really bad, got lucky this time just really red

Or going over there and they had yellowish painted walls, but it was just nicotine stained.

I used their mods alot. I didn't know that they disappeared.

no its THIS

Them fuckers look like they are crying because they have to do the parking lot jobs, being on their knees and all... Lol

Some games are so much better with Sancho's mods that I don't think I'd even try replayying them without it, especially the longer ones with so many points to keep track of

I miss good 80s synthwave. It was really kicking around 2014-2018 (Carpenter Brut being top of the line IMO), but it seems most of the best artists have fled the genre. I don't even know where music is going now. Someone recommend me something they like, either synthwave or something else. Surprise me.

OOOHH! Thank you, sir! (or madam!) I'm getting right on these. Will tell you what I think.

[bobforleweds]

Lord have mercy I just woke up with a feeling like I should replay Being A DIK. Bit I think I will resist.

[devoidouch]

I really do need to replay Being A DIK, I haven't played in about 3 updates and I know Isabella (best girl) has gotten some good content

Duuude. So, of course Brut's "Maniac" cover is awesome—I've heard it many times—but I'd never heard this Reveal song by Rabbit Junk. I'm in love. It's exactly the sort of suggestion I was looking for. Thank you so much.

I don't know if I can even offer you something back of similar quality. Let me look.

Here, something newish:

And just because it's dark and weird (and different):

American cheese is good when you have literally no other options. It's just a lot of low quality cheese blended up together and emulsified. Give me some good old cheddar any day of the week.

a lot of low quality cheese you say? almost like if it were a bunch of LITTLE CHEESES IN A TRENCH COAT

Them fuckers look like they are crying because they have to do the parking lot jobs, being on their knees and all... Lol

its a combo of uoooh + "everybody was kneeling out of respect" reaction image

Last seen in June, 2024. Someone thought something happened with one of the Texas storms, but the area where the storms happened, and the timing, suggest it was something else. He is/was in his mid 50s. Maybe something happened to him, health issue, but no one knows, at least not anyone that is on the site he frequented.

Anthony Scott Burns aka Pilotpriest is really special. No idea what he's been up to lately. Seems to have deleted all his social media and hasn't put out any new music in almost a year. Hope he's doing well. If you dig his work, try out the movie Come True from 2020.
