It's my fav for multiple reasons. Loli + incest (intended, not some 3rd party crap), prob the best renders Daz is capable of, good animations (at least within the limitations of Daz, VAM does animations better if you don't mind them looking more "cartoony"), interesting story (soap-opera-esque with a bit of mystery and Quintin-Tarantino-style flashbacks and not just "here's your family, now get to seducing them and look forward to just fuck scenes of the month after I get bored with the minimal plot" like a lot of incest AVNs (Grandma's House first that comes to mind). Also given the rarity of loli + incest these days that alone will make it popular (less competition, aside from the previously mentioned points). Aside from that loli (the og definition: prepubescent girls) and incest are just popular kinks. If those don't turn you on then you might as well give up trying to understand it. I know better than to even try to understand why people are into NTR, even when if one buys the argument that NTR AVN is not necessarily the same as a cuckold AVN (like most watching some black dude fuck my gf is the opposite of a turn on for me, same for simply getting cheated on).

I don't even play the game (I just extract renders) and it's enough for me to make it my fav game. The renders are that good. There's nothing we can do if some people can't appreciate the quality of the renders in this game.

Now, about "NTR" what troubles me is how people manage to be so invested in games that they can't just see it as porn. I mean I may be wrong but there must be people who are against NTR in games but still don't mind watching some gangbang vid on Pornhub, right ? Because for me games and regular porn are the same, but for them apparently not. Or maybe I'm wrong and anti-NTR only watch one on one POV vids on Pornhub...

It's more of an issue that People literally think they are the MC, they can't seperate fiction from reality. I can understand if they want to escape into fiction for a couple hours but doing it in Porn games is just not going to work if they place themselves as the MC. In a number of countries (all the commonwealth and a few others like France most recently) it's illegal to make loli cartoons. Recently (last August) the dev of Proud Father was sent to prison for "C P production" and when he was first arrested in 2023 that had devs either spooked from AVNs altogether or had them in a panic and turning them into common shitty ones by aging up the kids in them. And in the countries where it's still legal it's still a bad situation, thanks to dumbass payment processor and platform policies (latest loli purge from SS in Dec) it's getting harder to make money from it, and unlike me few devs want to make a loli AVN for free just for the outrage, internet infamy, and bragging rights at their own expense (it costs money to make, both in Daz assets and the increased electric bill from rendering it, aside from the thousands of man-hours put into it).
