Considering the likelihood nukes would be used, technology after could drop to anywhere from the mid 19th century to the stone age (with some working things of later tech, though not likely any electronics)

If i had to guess I think of it like how it's shown in interstellar we'd lose the internet and lots of tech that we take for granted in the movie i think the example used was MRI's but it would impact more than we could possibly imagine.

Kinda crazy how good we have it and how certain upcoming things in the future seems out of this world but humanity still treat each other with so much hostility and it seems people are just angry and empathy seems to be dying out.
