Complete VN Ren'Py VAM Sparkling Duplicity [Complete] [Goosenards]

There are nine different download options. If you want the dev or a mod to help you, it's good if you indicate exactly what link you used: which site and for which operating system.
Nah if your that worried you can though.

Not really sure what you're talking about?

You posted that there was a problem with one of the download links, but you did not mention which. I just said that it would probably be good if you did mention that?

I said its been locked by the uploader not broken - no need for me to comment anymore on the matter. You felt the need to comment on my comment i just let you know i couldn't care less and if you did to follow up on it yourself. Hope this helps the ??? you still had.

I think I like this game better then then new one. I do hope Goosenard will add some chapters to this one in the future.

Sparkling Duplicity [Ch 2] [Goosenards] [Chapter 2] Compressed Windows (untested)

Okay, how the fuck is Ravenous in the games section but this one is in Games+ Are the people who decide this stuff even playing these games or are they just glancing (without glasses on, apparently) at artwork? The younger girls in Ravenous are clearly a few years younger than the MC, who is what? 19? lmao. In this game there is no way to even suggest these girls are anything other than at least seniors in HS and have a life and behavior that matches a 17+ age. I realize this author has other games where this isn't the case, but this game is clearly not a games+ section game. meanwhile, DumbKoala has a new one over in the Games section...lmao.

I'm not sure, when I first released this one it was in the regular games section, at some point someone moved it to games+ 🤷‍♀️

No one is going through these games and making that judgment call before uploading. There is no one initially "deciding" this stuff. What happens is: A few specific tags, if present on the game (either when uploaded here, or copied from other sites), automatically categorize games as Games+. Not having any of those tags leaves games out of Games+. After that, staff will move the game's category manually if people report the game being in the wrong section and staff agrees.

But there's one really important thing to remember:

The main purpose of Games+ is NOT to categorize all games of a particular type into one place.

The main purpose of Games+ is to introduce a layer of effort and cost (in time or donations) to seeing those game threads... Which significantly reduces the likelihood of amateur pixel puritans trying to get the ENTIRE site taken down over one of these games AGAIN.

Okay so part of what you are saying makes sense. the tagging and stuff. but if a game is wrongly in games, then those same puritans will have something to say about those games. one such game is the one I listed above. there is no way a person can play through ravenous and think it does not belong in games+ where this game a person would have to try very hard to make these girls younger than they are actually being depicted as in the story. I don't mean to single out that one game, it's just one example I'm aware of. I love ravenous, but I was merely commenting on the odd way these games are categorized, and if one of the major reasons why there is an access barrier is to keep bad actors out or from complaining/reporting, then I feel like thee are some major inconsistencies that could lead to more problems. Anyway, thanks for your response, you did help me understand the process better.

Except Ravenous has MUCH younger looking characters *shrug* But enough hijacking this thread...

I wouldn't say much, 2 or 4 years at most. In ravenous the youngest are like 14-15, here they are like 16-18. But Blair behaves very mature for her age though. I like her character a lot.

There have been zero potential solutions presented that do not involve extensive manual review (which would necessitate a significant change to the uploader process and drastically slow game ingestion on the site), or equally-annoying side effects.

The proper steps to take in each of the miscategorization situations are:
  1. Game in Games+ that shouldn't be: Not a particularly big deal. How do you deal with it?
    1. Don't post in the thread about it.
    2. Click "Report" on the OP.
    3. Select "Other".
    4. Write that the game doesn't have any content justifying it being in Games+ (preferably with details), and that it should be moved to allow for broader exposure.
  2. Game not in Games+ that should be: As you said, this is a bigger deal. How do you deal with it?
    1. Don't post in the thread about it.
    2. Click "Report" on the OP.
    3. Select "Other".
    4. Write that the game has content that means it should be in Games+ (preferably with details). This will also usually mean that it is missing some tags, so list those with justifications as well.
And that's it. Feel free to link this post anywhere that needs to hear it.

One last reminder: the original purpose of Games+ was just to include games that had been banned from the more mainstream games sites, but that, of course, required extensive manual review and categorization, which drastically slowed game ingestion on the site. Funny, that.

Not trying to refute your point, but it feels like lately (past few weeks or so) the site has been trying to move Games+ back to its original intent. As in, quite a few loli/shota games have been moved back into the non-plus games section (as long as they're games that are not banned over on the other site). Which makes this one being in Games+ extra confusing.

So I'm hoping there's a way you can add both Tina, Stehpanie and Other Stephanie in the same route in the future. I'm also hoping for pregnancy options in the future as well.

Game is expected to only get one more update before being declared completed so there isn't really time for pregnancy. Just gotta get that little shit out the door to college while the girls stay behind with you... The End. Cut! Thats a wrap! ;)
