Updated due to the game being leak elsewhere.
I think it's worth pointing out that the game includes a great cheat menu. I don't like the grind either, but you can just start it to get a feeling for what's going on, cheat a bit if you get stuck, and once you have experienced enough this way you can unlock the gallery (by clicking the big red cheat menu button several times, each time getting a different response) and enjoy the scenes. At the very least you can play the introduction, which is purely kinetic, and the early part -- when there is always something new and interesting to do in the sandbox.
The developer(s) (the name seems to indicate a couple?) clearly learned a lot about effective use of Honey Select in the course of making this game. The early scenes are good, but recently they are getting better. Personally I am not into spanking at all, but this game is really great.

I don't like sandbox games and I haven't played this one, although it looks incredible. Is there a similar game, being the headmaster, that is visually novel??

Certainly none of this quality. I don't like sandbox games either, but maybe give this one a chance. It starts with a purely kinetic prologue that is absolutely stunning and pulls you in. After that, it's the kind of sandbox where most of the time you are spoiled for choice of exciting new things to do. Apart from the problem in the following paragraph the game nearly changed my mind about sandboxes.

Caveat: When I played through I ran into a problem with one event not triggering, probably because it was a Chapter 1 event and I only got around to it in Chapter 2. The result was several in-game weeks of almost nothing new to do, with lots of other things triggering at the critical time on the critical weekday each time instead of the event I was waiting for. So I recommend using a walkthrough and doing things roughly in the order expected by the game.

If you lose your patience with the sandbox, you always have the option to just unlock the entire gallery and enjoy that. At any point after the kinetic introduction, get to the point where you are supposed to choose where to go in the campus. There is a menu bar on the right, with the top menu item being "Replay Menu". Click it. At this point most scenes will be locked, but there is a big red "Do not press" buton at the top right. After pressing it three times and each time ignoring the warning, you are in the cheat menu. Click "Unlock All Events: ->> Turn On" and ignore the warning about things appearing out of context. Close the cheat menu. Now you are again in the replay menu, with everything unlocked.

Two recommendations in the replay menu: 1. Select "Sort by Event". a) Select "Staff Quests" -> "Miss Chang's formula". b) Select "Weekend Patrol Events" -> "The Man With the Golden Water Pistol". 2. Select "Sort by character". a) Select "Trixie Star" (need to scroll down, she is the last one under Staff) -> "The Interview". b) Select "Trixie Star" -> "The First Dance Lesson".

Then tell me this game isn't worth making an exception and tolerating a sandbox.

Once you have an idea of what The Headmaster is about, you will also enjoy the short special Mykock's Manor, which is an almost kinetic visual novel.

Nice Concept on the dev's part.
I played the game and liked it much, but the chapter 2 isn't complete, waiting on its completion!

Good game, gl in future

i thought this game removed the m+ qualifying content?

16.4public to 16.4.1public patch. There was a potential crash for some players when Lucy visits after the fundraiser, plus another potential crash during Liz's punishment system. If you encounter these issues please download the latest version or apply this .

I'll have to play after this explanation. Thank you very much for the advice

I love this game, the only thing I wish was if there was a mod to adjust to a high school, having adults in basically prison system seems even sillier than the world it tries to create.

Wait how long has this game been in development?
