yeah the earlier sets Ketzal took smaller breaks before getting back into SSP so had less time (probably a few hours each to pose/render on average). It could also be related to the length of time waiting for inspiration or for a new story idea for the next update to pop into his head, but that's just a guess.

The public version will be the same version as everyone else gets, other than the fixed bugs of the pre-alpha (usually code typos that lead to "missing" images). It's why Ketzal simply moved it off SS when they sunk their own ship, he didn't really want to bother making 2 versions of it, so just made a new AVN just for SS that will hardly get any updates but most of his then-current subs (1500+) didn't care about that and stayed subbed anyway just for SSP if they didn't feel like moving it to Mee6. At this point SSP doesn't need platform advertising like Patreon or SS anyway, enough people into loli AVNs already know of it's existence (it's prob the best Daz one in that genre). He could have simply kept his SS page completely empty with just a tip jar and that would have probably worked too, most people now know to either come here or Discord for news and links anyway.

As the manager of the uploaders and the mainly responsible for making mirrors, I always tried my best to hold the updates until he gives the public release. I'm still sad about the whole situation, but this won't affect the respect that I have for his work. As long as he doesn't ban me from his discord without a reason, I'll keep this game update with his public releases in less than 24 hours after his posts.

Yea If the dev does public releases anyway I don't see the point of leaking it since those versions are more likely to have bugs than the public version

In my opinion, and I'm not saying I'm completely right, I see it as stupid to filter something unfinished or even finished, if you have permission from the author to publish it in a few days.
In my opinion the only thing that is done is to jeopardize the game and the trust of the author and in the process screw those who see the free and complete version of the game, by not waiting a few measly days.
It is my opinion and I am one of those who wait, but I respect any other opinion and everyone is free to do what they see fit. All the best
